Conditions of Sale

This puppy indicated below, is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. The Buyer has a health guarantee of 72 (seventy-two) hours in which to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian and is urged to do so. If the veternarian finds any serious illness with the puppy, it will be exchanged for a puppy of the same breed and same sex as soon as one is available, provided a letter from the veternarian is offered as evidence of the puppy's illness, and on the condition that the puppy is returned to the seller within the guaranteed period. The buyer shall be entitled to a puppy of the same breed and same sex as soon as one is available.

No Refunds on Purchase Price.

The puppy is guaranteed to be free from serious life threatning genetic defects concerning heart, liver, or kidneys, for 2 (two) years from date of sale. In the event that a licensed veternarian diagnoses that the puppy has a serious life threatning defect concerning the heart, liver, or kidneys, the Seller shall have the option to have the puppy examined by a licensed veternarian of their choosing. If it is determined that a genetic and/or  life threatning birth defect exists, the seller will replace the puppy as soon as one becomes available, on the condition that the puppy is returned to the Seller within the guaranteed period.

The Seller assumes no responsibility for this puppy after leaving the Sellers premises for Medical Expenses, mortality, landlord's disapproval, allergy to animals, disagreements of family or any other reason.

It is further understood and agreed that the puppy is purchased " As Is" and no implied warrenties or representations have been made with respect to the puppy sold, except as set forth in writing in this agreement.

It is further understood that the Seller does not warrant any puppy sold to be free of Heart Worm.  It is the responsibility of the Buyer to administer Heart Worm Medication to the puppy from the time the puppy is 8 ( eight)weeks of age, according to veternarian's instructions.

Seller does not guarantee against Parvo, Corona Virus or any type of intestinal viruses including Coccidiosis and Giardia once the puppy leave's breeders possesion.

Seller cannot guarantee adult size, color, house breaking or trainability.

Mom's Dachshunds sells Puppies as Pet/Companions unless other arrangements are made.

Buyer agrees to keep the puppy in a proper manner, the puppy is not to be housed outside. The Buyer further agrees to maintain the puppy at all times in good health with periodic check ups, and reccommended immunizations for the life of the dog. All vet bills are the sole responsibilty of the buyer.

Buyer agrees to exercise normal care in maintaining puppy's health. Routine preventative care includes the following: Annual physical examinations by a licensed veternarian, annual vaccinations, annual fecal examinations, annual screening test for heartworm detection and rabies as mandated by the buyers state of residence.

Buyer agrees to provide this puppy with adequate nutrition and a full round of available annual vaccinations. Buyer agrees not to mistreat this puppy in any shape or form or allow anyone else to do so. Violations of this contract will constitute Buyer's unconditional surrender of the purchased puppy and all registration documents at no cost to the seller.

If the dog/puppy cannot be kept for any reason, it is to be returned to Mom's Dachshunds. No refunds on purchase price.
